On March 20, 2014 the opening ceremony marking the end of the main construction works regarding the first two premium class business centres that are part of an even bigger business complex ‘Nevskaya Ratusha' has finally taken place.

The International Seminar ‘City Industrial Territories - Ways of Development in the World and Perspectives in relation to Saint - Petersburg' scheduled for June 13-14, 2013 took place in the City Architecture Council Hall of Construction and Architecture Committee.
