The buildings of the three priority stages form a single architectural ensemble as a result of the material choice and common architectural traits. On the other hand, various features provide for the individual style and local identity of each building.

The new public and cultural center is to provide for a more convenient operation of the museum that would meet modern requirements. The center shall house multifunctional lecture and audience halls, an exhibition space, a café and a museum shop.
