The "YE'S" house, recently built by Eugene Gerasimov, is the outpost of "quarter" ideology in the block environment of Saint Petersburg's Primorsky District.

Architectural workshop "Evgeny Gerasimov and Partners" have designed a mixed-use complex, which includes apartment housing and a budget hotel nearby "Prospect Prosvescheniya" metro station, one of the youngest and most densely populated areas of St. Petersburg.
