The site is located in the center of the city and earlier belonged to the Avtoarmatura Plant. The industrial buildings were broken according to the permission of Committee on State Control Use and Protection of Historical and Cultural Landmarks. The territory is limited with Tverskaya Street in the north and is spreading for the court-field. The complex is one whole volume but consists of vary-storey buildings. They border one with another to occupy the site to the limit though it is of complex configuration. The inbuilt underground two-storey parking for residents' automobiles takes the main part of the cellar and the ground floor. The offices are located on the first floor and all the space of the in-court-buildings. The luxury apartments are in the main buildings which are located parallel to the Tverskaya Street. The main idea of the frontage is composition of glass and stone. The authors attempted to retrospect the North Modern style of the beginning of the XX century. |
