The Joint Document Center was designed by Evgeny Gerasimov and partners in 2009 in the area of the Kirov Textile Factory, Sinopskaya embankment. Nevskaya Textile Factory was founded in 1883 by businessman and philanthropist Ludwig Stieglitz. The factory building is an outstanding monument of the St. Petersburg industrial architecture. Earlier developers planned to start up in this area huge multifunctional complex with parking, business center and luxury residential complex, but the economical crisis reduced their ambition. |
