Residential complex "Marine cascade" represents buildings' system of various number of floors of the residential development from 5 till 18 floors with build-in premises and parking lot. Ten 18-storeyed towers of the residential buildings are connected in pairs with beams of various number of floors from 5 till 12 floors. They form cascade and go up from gulf depthward quarter.
Residential complex "Marine façade" consists of 6 buildings of various configurations. They are united with common composition and also ground floor platform.
The structure of the quarter is being formed alongside major axis of the pedestrian street. It is a continuation of the pedestrian direction from Nalichnaya Street to Korablestroitelei Street. Second pedestrian street cuts the quarter at an angle to the major axis. It continues pedestrian direction from the Branded Trade Centre and Smolenka River Quay.
Grade level of local territories is on 2,5 m higher than grade level of the street. Ramps are available for cars' access to the platform. Cars' transit passage through the quarter's territory is impossible.
