This complex YE'S consists of 2 buildings: residential (20 floors) and hotel one (16 floors). Apartment house reminds Russian letter "л" in its plan view. It repeats trapezoidal form of the site and as for the hotel building it is opened to the apartment house and they both form a big courtyard. In this case angles which complex faced underground station are flattened and round-off. It softens and levels "cuspate foreland" which was formed by crossing of two highways.
Residential complex and hotel are not connected with each other. There are green territories, recreational areas, and promenade area of the kindergarten between them in the courtyard. Entrances to the residential houses are oriented to the courtyard. And you can enter the hotel and build-in office premises only from the street. Both buildings' facades are performed in one style. Both are lined with light-yellow, beige and brown stone with white horizontal segments. Bigger decompositions of the residential complex and glass bay-windows don't show its real height. The complex will enrich color range of this district in the future, where grey color dominates now.
