The Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary of Lourdes which is heritage asset influenced greatly on architectural design of the complex. The complex is supposed to be the background for the church.
The complex includes renovated building of the ex-garage of Karl-Lugwig Krümmel that is recently found out heritage asset. It was the first building in the city constructed of reinforced concrete structures.
The complex consists of two parts: residential part faced to the street and business part in the inner yard. The garage of Krümmel is integrated in office building. The ground floor of this part is occupied with the parking.
The fassades are made of Yurrasic lime. Different texture of the lime and medieval French ornament are the only type of decoration.
