The 9-storied apartment house is located in St. Petersburg historical quarters. The main facade’s solution is symmetrical, which is emphasized by central arrangement of the front entrance into the residential part of the house and equidistant office entrances. Its laconism and dynamism, combined with classic architecture’s traditional horizontal divisions, contrasting combination of high-tech (composite panels) and traditional (polished granite slabs) facing materials impart the contemporary appearance to the building but enable it to conjoin the context of the environment built in different times. |
