The volumetric solution of the low-rise housing estate located at the territory of former motion-picture printing station follows the general architectural style features of Kamenny island's environment, where detached buildings prevail. It combines four new apartment buildings, rehabilitation of two XX century structures by architect L. Fufayevskiy with an added attic floor, and recovery of the canal with two bridges - for pedestrians and vehicles. The site development is characterized by insularity, strict and geometric composition, adequacy, and, as a whole, dedication to the European stylistics, which is so customary for the city.
