The architectural and compositional solution of the building is made in the style that is typical for the historical center of the city and it is especially close to the surrounding buildings that have developed around the Kryukov Canal, the Mariinsky Theatre and New Holland.

Facade decoration involves the use of natural stone and modern materials. The building is decorated by architectural and adorning elements in the form of well thought-out rustics, rods, cornices, balustrades, bas-reliefs.

The project provides the underground parking over the entire area of the land. The external part of the building consists of two sections with built-in premises on the ground floor. The main entrance to the residential part is located in the center of the facade and leads to a spacious space common to both sections with a reception and a recreation area. Office rooms have individual entrances from the waterfront.

On the second to the sixth floors, there are comfortable apartments with unique views of the embankments of the Moyka River and the Kryukov Canal, New Holland and St. Isaac's Cathedral. The project provides the possibility of installing fireplaces in apartments on the sixth floor.
