The design of the apartment house in volumetric and architectural engineering terms is performed so as to provide the organic inclusion of the building's architectural fashion into the existing architectural and historical environment. The frontage of the designed apartment house shapes the development front of Nevsky Avenue, and is treated within the scope ensuring preservation of the historical development module along the red-line of Nevsky Avenue. The building's concept falls within the transformed avant-garde stylistics. |
