In terms of urban planning, the apartment house takes up an advantageous position, as the view of Malaya Nevka, Kamenny and Krestovsky islands is open right from that point. It consists of buildings with various storey numbers, which sophisticates the architectural contexture of the facades. The inferred composition promotes the style of surrounding structures, e.g. the entrance podium with its stone facing and granite stairs leading to the Pesochnaya embankment forms consonance with the Malaya Nevka granite slopes' stylistics. The new contemporary appearance is imparted to the building by the combination of glass, metal and stone surfaces with smooth, wafer and striped textures. The distinctive feature is the availability of developed service infrastructure, which is still less typical for residential areas development in Russian cities. Only half of the building area is occupied by apartments, the other half is allocated for the social function: here are the swimming pool (25m), workout room, sauna complex, beauty parlor, table tennis hall, children's room, extensive lobby and lounge hall with bar counter, 2-level parking lot and in-house boiler room. |
