Residential complex will be constructed in the Central district of St. Petersburg on the territory of the ex- cargo-site station St. Petersburg - Cargo - Moscow. The site has complicated configuration and is located on the area bordered on Poltavsky street, Cathedral of Fyodor Icon of the Most Holy Theotokos, business center and areas reserved for traffic.
The spatial concept of the complex is related to the Cathedral. The Cathedral is the center of the square. All the streets are located in such a way that the Cathedral can be seen from different points including the Moskovsky railway terminal.
Three buildings of the complex are of trapeze plan with inner yards. They make a uniform architectural ensemble and fan out around the Cathedral.
7-storey buildings are designed in contemporary style. The ventilated facades are made of natural stone and ceramic panels.
