The project envisions a nine-storey building closely resembling a cube with an inner yard opening onto Pavlova str. The facade's finishing is a trickle vent system with ceramic plates made of high-quality terracotta clay. The ceramic plates applied enjoy universal acclaim as being both light-weight and solid. The richness of natural terracotta shades has been conditioned by a mixture of different clays and a special temperature mode during the production process. |
