The apartment house's building is located along the new section of the Malaya Nevka embankment and consists of 2 five-storied sections. The structure's composite solution and cubic contents combination are emphasized by the unorthodox design of the roof member over the fifth floor couplet parlors and plastics design of facades built as the combination of glass and stone surfaces.
