Development of the territory owned by various investors is consolidated by the common urban planning concept developed by Evgeniy Gerasimov's studio in conjunction with Sergey Tchoban's bureau in 2007. The 21-storied building of JSC «Saint Petersburg Bank» is to be the dominant of the entire business area. The office buildings facing the Neva embankment and shaping the grand facade of the multifunctional complex have similar dimensions and fabric but deliberately different facades, which were designed by the German-Russian architects team: bureaus of Manfred Ortner, Evgeniy Gerasimov, Christopher Langhoff and Sergey Tchoban. |
