This is the featured project that won the tender for building an unprecedented administrative and business complex of metropolitan significance in the historical center of Saint Petersburg. It represents a full-bodied spatial composition consisting of an administrative building for the city executive authorities and a range of business centers, hotels, commercial and service infrastructure consolidated by atria, bridges, crossings, internal open area. The Government committee building due to the number of stories, distinct lenticular dome over its central space, white colonnade, textured combination of glass and metal (vs. the stone facing of the peripheral buildings) will become the major dominant of the complex.
