This project is based on the idea of building a 2-storied multifunctional complex with its core to be represented by an open 65,000 square meters display area. The first underground level is to accommodate a parking lot, visitor crowd management tunnels, shopping and technological premises, as well as workshops for the exhibition complex. The recreation area, as the complex's center line, represented by pool and fountain cascade, exhibition space and shopping & entertainment complex will appear on the stylobation flooring. Exhibition halls, open arena, hotel and congress center will be situated along the perimeter. The complex nameable architectural solution will lie in overlaying the building's «central core» with a streamlined glass shell vault, and the roof structure smooth transition onto cup supports, which arrange the inner space.
