Six-storeyed residential complex will be constructed in the central part of the city on the embankment of the Moika river. There is a building of the ex-kindergarten at the moment that was constructed at 1961. In 2009 the function was changed and it bacame a hostel Graffiti. The building is supposed to be deconstructed since it's modern architecture doesn't suite the historical environment.
The new residential complex plan will have U-form because of the irregular form of the site.  The fassades will be made of natural stone and decorated with rustic, balustrades, bas-reliefs and mouldings. The parking will occupy two underground storeys.
